Bam A Lam

April 5, 2007

Flagrant Fowl – home to rising US production duo Cousin Cole & Pocketknife has just released a new EP entitled Tougher Than Featherz and it’s a bit special. Anything that gets some word love from Sinden, Optimo, Them Jeans and Nick Catchdubs is worth checking!

To hype up the EP release some, Cousin Cole has put together a wee minimix of Flagrant Fowl exclusives, all produced, remixed, or re-edited by Pocketknife or Cousin Cole, including some that are on the EP and ten new tracks, and he kindly sent it through to Slutty Fringe – which was jolly decent of him!

I had this mix on repeat on my stroll to work this morning, it made me forget all about the stinking hangover that decided to wake me up this morning and it seemingly does the impossible in making me actually like a Joanna Newsom track (words I never thought would come from my brain)

Check the Black Betty, Ignition and Zombies relicks – tuff
